Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for in-store credit. During the holiday season, beginning 11/1 and ending 1/3, we extend our return timeline to 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email and request you send it to the address above. Unless otherwise specified in our email communication, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a store credit.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item—we want to make it right. We’ll cover the return shipping for defective or incorrect items and issue a store credit.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as personalized items, logo or name-based gifts, or anything built through our custom order form)

Gift cards

Sale items

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
