Shipping Policy

Standard Processing: All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom & Personalized Orders: For custom gifts (the ones requiring your cute pet photos!), processing time starts only after we have received your usable high-quality photos. * Pro Tip: The faster you get us the darn photos, the faster we can get to work! If there is a delay in receiving your images, your shipping date will move accordingly.

You’ll receive a notification email as soon as your order has officially shipped.


Winter & Holiday Shipping Update

While the primary Christmas shipping deadlines have passed, we know late celebrations are still in full swing!

  • Current Status: We are back in the studio and processing orders at our standard speed.

  • Urgent Requests: If you have an upcoming event or a "late Christmas" need, please contact us immediately at hello@slydawgstudio.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping if the "CEO" (Apollo) allows it.


U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total. We offer:

  • Free shipping on all orders $45+

  • Flat $8 shipping on orders under $45

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, please email us at hello@slydawgstudio.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and not marked final sale. (Note: Custom/Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged).
