Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship orders: We typically ship the same or next business day after you order, excluding weekends and postal holidays. If an unusually busy period delays your order, we’ll contact you.

Custom and personalized orders: Processing begins after we receive usable, high-quality pet photos and any other information needed for your order. Delays in receiving them will move your shipping date.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

2026 Holiday Ordering Deadlines

For ready-to-ship orders going to the contiguous United States, we recommend ordering by:

  • Sunday, December 13 for economy shipping, including orders that qualify for free shipping. These orders will ship no later than the next business day.

  • Thursday, December 17 for paid USPS Priority Mail shipping. These orders will ship by Friday, December 18.

These are recommended order-by dates for delivery before December 25, not delivery guarantees. USPS delays and weather may affect arrival. Custom and personalized orders may need to be placed earlier; please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

U.S. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout:

  • Economy shipping is free on orders of $45 or more.
  • Economy shipping is $8 on orders under $45.
  • USPS Priority Mail is a paid option regardless of order total, unless a promotion specifically says otherwise. Its price is shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, email hello@slydawgstudio.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, in their original packaging, and not marked final sale. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
