Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a custom "made-to-order" purchase. This policy outlines your rights regarding these specific types of orders.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Because our products are created specifically for you using your provided photos and details, we have a strict policy regarding changes:

  • Production Starts Quickly: Once you place an order and submit your photos, we often begin the design and digital editing process immediately.

  • No Cancellations: Once production or design work has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

  • The "Wait!" Window: If you realize you made a mistake or sent the wrong photo, please email hello@slydawgstudio.com immediately. If we haven't started on your design yet, we will do our best to help you fix it!

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery.

  • Manage Anytime: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails.

  • Returns: Please see our [LINK TO RETURN POLICY] for details on how subscription returns are handled.

Pre-orders Pre-order items are purchased in advance and will ship as soon as they become available. Payment is collected at the time of purchase to reserve your item. Like custom orders, pre-orders are final once the shipping process has begun.
