After placing your order you will receive instructions for submitting your photo. You can send it via email or through our messaging system. A clear, well-lit photo works best. We will let you know if we need anything different.

How long does production take?

Once your art is finalized and approved, either your photo is confirmed or your digital illustration is approved, your order ships within 2 to 4 business days. The digital art upgrade may add a short turnaround for the illustration step, but we move quickly.
